Attention for Large Groups: Kiwanie Lodge has two separate units that can be rented together for a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 sleeper sofas. Subject to availability. (Max Capacity 12)

Kiwanie Lodge is a beautiful duplex style cabin nestled along the shores of historic Lake Kiwanie. This property boasts the largest lot on the lake with a large area of easily accessible waterfront. Take in the views on our large wraparound deck. Explore the lake in one of our provided kayaks. Enjoy central, convenient access to all local amenities including: grocery stores, restaurants and nightlife. 

Once your day is winding down, take advantage of our high speed internet (1 gig) and smart tv by catching up on Netflix, Prime TV or any other service you subscribe to on Roku TV. Also take advantage of our neat mini bar to stock beverages and enjoy the company of your fellow travelers.

About the Owner

Kiwanie Lodge is the third property to come into the OzarkStays portfolio. We kept having to turn guests away the past 2 summers due to how quickly our properties booked up. We needed additional properties to offer to our all the people coming to visit the Hardy, AR area. After a long history of being a long term rental for local residents, the previous owner decided to retire and sell this duplex cabin. We saw the opportunity to share our beautiful lake with many more travelers and jumped on it!

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
